We are your neighbours volunteering to run a not-for-profit association dedicated to building a great community.
Our meetings create a forum to discuss local and municipal issues. We exchange ideas with our City Councillor on a monthly basis. We organize neighbourhood letters, presentations, projects, activities and social events (Community BBQ, Building the Rink and more).
Everyone is welcome at ourĀ meetings. Meetings are often held via ZOOM on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., from September to June. Only Board members can vote and propose motions in their role to govern the association.
At our Annual General Meeting (AGM), the President reports on the activities of the past year and elections are held for Board Directors. At the next meeting, the Board Executive is formalized for the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer roles.
